PSF 4.25: Insist ... that Clients submit a formal evaluation of “your people” (and “their people”) at the end of each project.

Salesmen know. They are always evaluated by their clients: They make the sale... or they don't

Makes sense to me ....and for me and all of us. You invite me to speak to your group. Thanks.
