The Daily Telegraph today published an article about the amount of technology that the Europeans have created for the iPhone.

Realising that organisations are dependant on the collaborative interactions of their design teams I contemplated why my old team were so successful, sitting as they did at the intersection of design house, development, manufacturing, suppliers and marketing and buying and....etc.
We developed this model to describe the competences necessary to create the potential for the emergence of a winning team.

So how do we actually enact this model in order to achieve a stream of 'winning products and services'?
